Edge IQ provides general information, analysis and opinion about Australian thoroughbred racing, including weekly selections, editorials and resources. It is not financial advice, wagering advice or a recommendation to bet, and nothing on this site or in member content guarantees any outcome or profit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All wagering decisions — including whether to bet at all, and how much — remain entirely your own responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or purchase a membership. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that using the service is lawful where you live.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, because selections and analysis are delivered and consumed immediately, fees are generally not refundable once a billing period's content has been delivered. If you believe something has gone wrong with your membership, contact info@edgeiq.com.au and we will work it out with you.
Selections, editorials, staking guides and other member content are provided for your personal use only. You agree not to forward, republish, resell, share or otherwise distribute member content to non-members, whether free or paid. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where member content is being redistributed.
Edge IQ records results to flat 1-unit stakes for transparency. Published figures reflect our tracked record at official starting prices or recorded prices as noted; your own returns will differ depending on the prices you obtain, the bets you choose to place and your staking.
Wagering involves risk, and you should only ever bet what you can afford to lose. Edge IQ does not provide staking plans and does not encourage betting beyond your means. We work to publish accurate, timely content, but racing is a live environment — scratchings, track changes and other events can overtake published material. We do not guarantee the site or content will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content may be corrected or updated at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge IQ excludes all liability for any loss — including wagering losses — arising from use of the site or member content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership period.
All site and member content, including analysis, selections, branding and design, is owned by Edge IQ and protected by copyright. Stewards report summaries are derived from official Principal Racing Authority publications and reproduced for information purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
